To ensure that your order meets your expectations, please review the following ordering details carefully:

1. Placement Instructions: If you have specific preferences for the placement of text and pictures, please provide detailed instructions when sending us your information. Otherwise, we will freestyle the design.

2. Design Process Overview:

   • We will incorporate up to 4 pictures of great quality into the design.
   • After receiving your information, we'll create a mockup for your approval.
   • Once approved, we'll proceed with making the item.
   • You'll have one opportunity for edits, which will take 24 hours to update and may delay printing.
   • If we don't receive a response within 48 hours of sending the draft, the item will ship as is.
   • Please carefully check spelling and photo placements before approving the design, as no edits are allowed after approval.

3. Sending Information: After checkout, please email us the following details:

   • Graduate Name
   • School Name
   • Desired color of stole
   • School Logo (ensure high quality)
   • Up to 4 Desired Photos (ensure high quality)
   • 1 Small quote (no longer than 2 sentences)

4. Additional Information:

   • Refunds are not accepted due to the custom nature of our products.
   • Stoles are folded when shipped, and you may need to iron out creases on low heat if necessary.
   • Regular mail shipping is included, but you can opt for priority shipping at an additional cost.
